Jigs are made from pie cases that were too thin to pass the pie case quality assurance scheme . And sharpened to add to the pleasure. I did like the gas valve connectin opposed to 105/duo he type. And it looks spacious inside without burner box. Interface is gash

Had about 20 of the brackets on the GA fall off. Literally the lip at the back that hooks on wall jig came away from boiler had to use spring clips to get a grip with the self tappers. Propper shoddy, after 5 Baxi said yeh we know.

Just check them when servicing , gap gets bigger at top or flue gets pulled in

Makes you wonder who designs these boilers some of it is just plain idiocy

Serviced 7 Duo Tec GAs yesterday. All the houses were next to each other. Everyone of them had the plastic wiring hole in the Base of the combustion chamber open. Had to put putty in them all. The fga read out on them was higher than I expected for a 10 month old boiler. Ratio was 0.0015 on the lowest. Ppm average was about 125. Compared to the he duo tec, which typical gives 0.0006 and 65ppm. Not impressed. The ntc was leaking on most too, but Baxi have changed the fibre washer to a copper washer to cure this.

I hate the idea of the condense trap . if the condense is turned outside below the trap its a nightmare what a stupid design - remove pipe work to remove trap
