hi lads,

As I am not so familiar with the biasi boilers I wanted to pick your brains. According to the customer the boiler is not working after they have changed a radiator. The boiler has got 1 bar pressure as far as I can see.
Gas is working at the hob.
Where would you guys start to check ? It is a biasi 24s

I will attach some pictures. I just want to know where to start looking before I go there therefore I am asking you guys. Apparently the green light is flashing and he tried restarting the boiler with the red button but nothing so he turned the mains off but nothing changed.

Run Ron Run

Try putting a bit more pressure in it , if they have drained the lot it will be full of air
Ok, I will try doing it when I get there. Thanks for your fast respond town, it is much appreciated on a Sunday morning.

I am not a fan of biasi and Baxi :/

Basically it doesn’t ignite I will make my way there now will see what I am going to diagnose. Perhaps I will need to pick your brains while I’m there. 🙂

Sound like the pump flow switch isn’t making air in the system.

Remove the pump flow switch press it in until the pump kick in. Toppup the pressure. If not then you need a new pump flow switch diaphragm or pump.

Please find the error codes attached.

How do you find this app GIW for 42£ is it worth the money?
How about the electrical tests you have to do sometimes, to determine if the right resistance is present? Does it show you how much you should have on various parts?

Yes Workmates app is decent but it has its limitations I’ve found parts arena better and easier to use but parts arena is pretty expensive.

I usually look at the manual for the information relating to the electrical stuff if not ring manufacturer.

Cheers AMG,
I will have a look. I will definitely give one or the other a go. Seems alright for getting online help.
