Which actual BS numbers apply to plumbing?

BS 806 parts 1 to 4, BS 8556....

There are dozens of them and like all standards they are expensive, some nearly £200 for not much more than 10 pages.

I can confirm this works.
I filled in the online membership application.
They sent an email the same day with a pin number.
Membership card with member number arrived 2 days later.

Member number plus pin get you access to a link via the library to BSI.

You can't download the B.S but you can view it.

Well that's bloody handy, much easier than going to the library with a USB stick and downloading the standard you want. Not that anyone would actually do that of course, because that would be illegal, but apparently it's possible.....
