hi the pilot light on my corvec britony 11.t went out about an hour ago, i followed the instructions to relight it and it worked however the control knob will not now turn to the on position therefore it is not firing up when hot tap is turned on. i have done this many times in the past and its always turned on i wonder if anyone knows anything about this to advise me, thanks

Get a gas safe engineer in unfortunatly you have done everything you can.

you could try turning round to off position again ,leave for a few minutes and try re light procedure again,to see if it will turn fully
