Danfoss RAS-C2 removal

Hi have just bought the hive TRV's and I'm trying to fit them I have the Danfoss RAS-C2 currently I have managed to unscrew the gray bit and the hole head turns but I cant get it to come off am I missing a step? I didn't install them they came with the house.

I will give that a try and report back I was pulling str8 up but was worried I would brake it so didn't use to grate a force
