This one was like that.. had to sit on the pan and tank it off twisting it and rocking it, I'm surprised it didn't crack
I had another one where the cistern had been Arco to the wall with silicone so had to use a padsaw to get through it.I show the customer what I`m up against then try and pry the cistern away from the wall a liitle bit and use a wood saw down the back if the paint or wallpaper gets damaged so be it.
The office. Don't get me started. Did 7 jobs Thursday and at 5pm I get a call.. one of the other engineers are stuck at a job, can you just take one more.. so I say yeah and its miles away...Are you in the same boat as me jay? Where the office has quoted rather than an estimate and customers get all shirty with you when explain problems getting to the bit you need to get too.

Couldn't care less tbh, I'd be more concerned why the customer hasn't rung me lolconsidering your name I'm suprised you use that stuff ! what about the guy that has to fix a toilet on his way home on a thursday night and then comes into a toilet stuck together with that?
