Hi
I had a smart toilet left over from a bathroom refit so I replaced an old toilet in my downstairs cloakroom with this new toilet. Since then the bathroom stinks of sewage gas if the door and window are left closed for too long.
It is a back to the wall, P-Trap style toilet but I have ground drainage so I used a brand new McAlpine Flexible 90° Angled Pan Connector to plumb it in. I added a McAlpine rigid straight Telescopic Toilet Socket Extension as the distance between the toilet spigot and the ground drainage was a little far. Everything was lubricated and the fits are very tight but the smell is still escaping from somewhere. What could I have done wrong?
Thanks
