me ??????? "yes I do"

caller do you service nouvelles?

me !!!!!!!!!!!! (please be gas) yes I can, is it gas or oil?

me (bummer) when was it last serviced please

caller getting irate for reasons only known to her! how would I know its been turned off a year

me (omg rusting hulk the went out a year ago, twin burners etc!!!)

oh do you know who your last engineer was, ( coz if I know that, I'll have an idea of what it will be like)

caller why do you give me the third degree, .... I only want a quote on how much it will cost to get going, last time it was £45......

me well normally one of these takes 3 or 4 hours to set up and then theres parts,

caller screaming down phone forget it, no one wants to work on this your the 10th person Ive called!

me well I do know how to service them madam and I just need to..........click and call tone 🙂

me oh well, she may call back after another 20 tries elsewhere 🙂

btw I was being really pleasant throughout this conversation, seems someone fell out of bed the wrong side today and wont be getting warmer soon 🙂

Have a oil nouvelle to look at tomorrow, cooker running to low. I think I'm down to only having 2 on the books at the moment.

For £45 she could carry on looking though.

Ive a couple of gas ones, and one oil one that only runs the cooker, he turned off the boiler side as it drank too much

I keep trying to encourage them to stick a boiler in think they use circa 3-4000l of oil a year.

Gas ones aren't too bad really, the forerunners of the 480ag really

my gas nouvelle is in a house full of dogs, talk about hair blocking everything, I tend to see it twice a year when all the flames are yellow and smelly, brilliant things dogs 🙂
