Feroli Modena 80E Boiler, Mira 415 Shower, No hot water

Hi there
We have a Feroli Modena 80E combi boiler and a Mira 415 shower. We have had problems with our water temperature in the shower in that it suddenly goes boiling hot or freezing cold (with the DHW boiler light turning itself off). As far as we can tell the hot water to the taps is consistent. We had a plumber change the cartridge in the shower but this has not fixed the problem. At present we have no hot water in the shower at all... Please help!!
