been to fix 2 ferrolis today the first a optima 701 with a knackered ev and prv,had to fit a external ev as could not get the flue out but it went straightforward the 701 is generally well built,then on to its tat younger relative a domicompact 24b,no power from pcb to pump ntc checks out replace pcb boiler now working but throwing up f5 fault code aps/fan fault,re check pcb connections seem ok try new aps check flue /fan /venturies all ok faults the same so re fit old aps after a bit of further checking turns out the wiring loom is faulty tapping the door clears the code and it works so i need a new loom or the new pcb is playing up the domicompact is a very poorly made heap of tat the joys of repairing boilers especially crap ones :angry_smile:
