Flues in voids

Hi all
been to a apartment today and the. Boiler is twin flued it goes above the ceiling and under the floorboards of the apartment above about 7 meters to the outside, both flues for the boiler come out about an inch from each other. Obviously you can't get your head up to look at the full flu length so where do the inspection hatches need to go? Is it near every possible joint or at sections to see the whole of the flu? Even if I put the hatches in they will be on the plasterboard ceiling and look stupid but you won't get your head up as the floorboards are there so do you just use a small mirror to check.
I normally work on standard flus so just looking for some advice from you guys that come across this more often.

TB008 will give you the information you need but basically inspection hatches should be a maximum of 1.5m from any joint or deviation. Gas Safe also have a online learning programe that is good. Just log in using your licence card number and reg number.

just coz it doesnt look pretty isnt an excuse for not putting in an inspection hatch

And it's acceptable to inspect with a mirror as you would never get your head in to see properly.

TB008 doesn't say a hatch EVERY 1.5m, it says within 1.5m of every joint which isn't the same thing

So what is the maximum full length piece of flu, it is a glowworm xtra fast 96. I don't want to rip the ceiling to bits unnecessarily. Like I said I'm just looking for some advice as I usually just use a standard flu and these are what I come across on a daily basis.

any hatch would need to be fire rated to the same level as the ceiling which could will be atleast 1 hour plus, maybe even need to be upto 4 hour depending on the building construction.

I know that it doesn't matter what it looks like, like I said I don't come across these types normally. I am gas safe but I don't pretend to know everything and I care so the minute I leave a property I can sleep at night. I am genuinely just looking for advice.
