Foghorn(?) noise from recently serviced boiler

View the thread, titled "Foghorn(?) noise from recently serviced boiler" which is posted in DIY Plumbing Advice on UK Plumbers Forums.

Hi all,

Recently had our boiler (Vogue Gen2 C32) serviced, and two non return valves and a shock arrestor installed due to boiler firing up when cold water was turned on/off quickly. Since then we intermittently get the attached noise from the boiler. I've tried a couple times to replicate the
noise, but it doesn't seem to be associated with any particular scenario (for instance when running hot/cold water, upstairs or downstairs).

Unfortunately due to this I've struggled to get a video for any extended period of time, but have attached a short clip of the noise. Was wondering if anyone has any idea of the cause, especially if it's just a vibrating pipe, before I get our plumber out... Thanks!

Pressure vessel not set to the mains pressure

You can try removing the dust cap and depressing the shrader valve for a mil second eg release some air and see if it changes etc
