I know it's goin off the thread abit but just been to change a plate to plate on the 30 cxi 20 mins to fit the plate an hr to fill the boiler not the heating as I isolated the boiler up what a crock of tom-tit them internal filling loops are! Everytime I work on em that's the issue not fitting the part!
