walked into my local plumb this morning and the worcester rep was there

he comes over to me starts asking what boilers i have been fitting lately i reply normally ideal logics or baxis and if its on contract normally glow worm or your heap worcesters.

suddenly some other guy pipes up your worcesters are complete crap and launches into a full on rant at him .

i decide to join in saying what a nail the greenstar was

as we finish our rant some other plumber walks in see's the rep and tells him his boilers are over priced plastic crap

at this point i'm out back by the warehouse for ten mins or so when i come back in to the front desk a bunch of new plumbs are there telling him how crap his companys boilers are

apparently he was scheduled to be there most morning but the staff said he left after just about every engineer gave him gyp for promoting nails .

wonder if they get this much gyp anywhere else

I fitted a CDi regular today and it was actually alright.

Combis are awful and so are their system boilers. Heat only was ok, struggled to get 28mm gas down back and odd that connections are 22mm for 40kw of heat.... And the tubes up the back if you want top entry are 22mm. I'm thinking that there is no way that stacks up.

I see what you mean, but Worcestor would have done there home work. Besides, you can guarantee the water ways aren't 28mm either.

No they are all 35 mm!
