Got a phone call this morning from a building company saying I had been recommended to them fo cover plumbing and heating installs for them .

Convo goes on with him explaing how they work and what area they cover then he asks my rate .

I say 30 quid an hour to which he says thats way pricey which I then say not really prob about average around here .

Then he says we pay 150 a day for which I reply are you looking for a plumber or postman?

Phone call promptly finishes to which I later get a call that my rate is accepted lol

These idiots move from one Plumber to another, accumulating labour charges as they go along. I will make sure an agreement is laid down in granite, witnessed and signed by both parties. Personally, I will run for the hills.
