Cylinder change I did today.
The electrics had been bodged together and the 15mm vent pipe terminated above the tank lid so there was a lovely puddle on top of the tank.
What about the roof truss!!!! or lack of, I hope you lads don't do this if the tank won't fit, Jeez

Yeh on would have thought for safety - they would have extended them to rest on the tank and support the roof 😱
lots of new builds are like that as all the trusses come in identical easier to remove onsite than order special trusses

Either side of the tank there is 2 bits of 2x4 bolted top and bottom so there is plenty of support.
Now that's what you call a deep sealed trap.

the nuts for those terminals will be behind the cylinder ,not that i would ever do that after loosing the nuts

Custard wanted me to change kitchen mixer. I said sure but only if I can change the rest of the pipe work too. Flexi hoses joined to flexi hoses! Magic. Custard declined re piping.

Exactly when if your flue is leaking condensate is it ok to refix the flue clamp with silicone?
Maybe its around the same time your fitting placky pipe direct to an unvented cylinder.
Also It is a good thing you dont have to spend money on broken tundishes any more just pop a small funnel in the open end of d2.

5 burner. Massive house I mean massive. Upstairs hallway was almost size of my living room. 20m long and 5m wide! His house was heated by 2 33kw COMBI boilers feeding six huge bathrooms. Bath shower sink and bidet in every one ...... 25mm mains. It was done by same pro who linked both boilers together with hep!

It's ufh and its no where near that big. More like 17m by 5m [emoji12]
Don`t think it was ID. Found it in a shop and was told a local plumber did the whole job which included solvent weld pipe joints without the solvent weld cement.

Why not the water in the cistern is much higher than the connection of the sani-flow, I know you can't polish a turd but it will dissolve, be OK until
something big got in there and then go look for a plumber with a website who specialises in this sort of thingy!!!!
