Little treat from today, notice the small roof and guttering over boiler to prevent it getting wet from leaks around flue flashing, condensate into sink, piped up to boiler in plastic all bar the last foot or so, 14mbar w.p (its a 637), couldn't take pic of flue as it was dark out, but its directly in front of a (granted non openable) window!

Guess he forgot the core drill...

Yep. Top and bottom opposite ends. See loads of them in older commercial premises, but not so often in domestic or more modern installs.

Good for approximately 5% more output from the radiator.
