Great Forum , been reading Ur posts really interesting very helpful
Ur advise has been used with success
found some Plumbing Experience with a local plumber
(still searching for more links and contacts tho, in my area Sussex/Kent)

(Found the plumbing experience from my local plumbing merchants talking and getting advise and contacts from them)
