Flooring is concrete.
I'm going back next week. I'll take some pressures and flow rates etc.
Current boiler location is ideal. Moving further into the house makes everything awkward.

They can make an unvented any shape and size you want. Even send without insulation to get through door, then you just need to get it lagged with three layers of 25mm celotex.

By the way, I meant the system in general doesn't work for the house, not that the combi is broken.

WB 440 OR 550 CDi job done they have 22mm cold and hot connections, but WB did some testing and found with good pressure you can get 50L+ down 15 mm no problem.440= 20L or 550 = 25 L per min
I have done a 550 in a house that has 3 rainforest shower heads, 2 run at once no drop, with 3 it robs the other 2 slightly but they all run together, guy did not want unvented, so it was the only solution, thermal store seems it hold its own with 42KW up it lol........

The cupboard is about 450. Cupboard is coming out anyway but it still only leaves around 500 free space.

Can easily get a slim cylinder and boiler s-plan in. It's just whether or not it will work with the 15mm supplies once the pressure is reduced.

It will work, range tribune TS cylinder, then go from there, worst that can happen? you have to find cold supplies to showers to retrofit a 3 bar PRV or fit one on incoming like an adjustable honeywell (read quality) not £20 rubbish! Done it on a big job at swillington, after builder messed up first fix!
You will need around 4-5 bar standing and 3 bar dynamic pal!

I'll test the supplies when I go back. I think they'll be well over.
The stoptap is actually in the adjacent bathroom, so with permission I can get a few tiles off, drill through, new stop tap on other side of wall then reconnect after reducer. HOPEFULLY.
