Help please!!! E4 fault????

Hi all i've just been called out to a Remeha Avanta Plus 28c combi boiler that wouldn't light(no instructions).
I checked inlet pressure on the gas valve all good,there's a spark but the boiler will not light then shows up fault E4 on control panel,I've just set my own business up and feel a bit silly:blush5:, but i've not come across one of these boilers in the 16 years i've been in the trade.


Your help will be greatly appreciated.

You will not get any info on gas on this forum, read the rules

The big man will be along shortly, but you need to get your post count over ten and then give your gsr details and pass a little test to enter the inner sanctum where the gas men share the answer to the meaning of life.

Can't you use the internet to google what the fault code is, I always find that handy when I haven't got a boiler book with me 🙂
