So, picture this, as you look along a wall in the left is the bath, middle toilet & right basin.

When you run the basin taps the water in the toilet pan bubbles. The toilet when flushed drains slowly.

Here we go again, the waste pipes are concealed behind tiled boxing.

Outside the drains are clear, I looked myself.

I need to fix the bath waste but that's by the by.

I'm thinking there's a blockage somewhere & that the bath & sink waste all go into the soil stack behind the tiled boxing.

My initial thought is to one shot bath & basin. If it doesn't clear then????

Any thoughts.

Thx

Have you tried plunging the pan when bowl is full
A couple of quick, short, sharp plunges

EDIT, don't know condition of pipe work, or if it's all push fit
so be careful if plunging

Bath ok. Can't see any aav.

Should add, en suite no issues, ds cloak toilet no issues. Just this one.

I'll go back tomorrrow & fix leaky bath waste then have a good go.

Well, I've fixed it.

I saw a panel that was all covered up. Lucky. Unscrewed top & there was an aav

Took the top off, flushed, ran taps etc. Ok

Wiped the rubber with a cloth & put back, top on, all ok!

Now I need to know how to service them properly!

Good little job that

Wants me to change his kit tap. Nice one
