Hi is been thinking at getting in to gas/ heating/plumbing for a while now but not sure how to go about it.im a fully qualified fire engineer installing sprinkler systems,fire alarms,intruder alarms etc etc so I know my way round an adjustable spanner and I'm employed full time so was wondering if anyone has any work at weekends in the Midlands I could help them with. I would do this completely free of charge and I have my own transport so that's not an issue. Just looking to see how everything works as I see the gas engineers and plumbers on sites I work on and once fitted all the work looks very impressive and something I'd be interested in. I know it's a long shot but if anyone needs a hand and doesn't mind me tagging along then let me know. I'm 32 so a bit too old for apprentice
