hows it going lads, found this forum as there seems to be no irish ones that are in use.

i changed a faulty fan on an ideal classic and now the boiler fires fine without the cover on,when the cover is placed on the boiler the pilot light goes out and it struggles as if its being starved of air.

all wires and vacum hoses are connected on correctly,the flue isnt blocked..any ideas?
