Ideal classic on a fully pumped open vent system keeps locking out ,ie main burner goes off and takes pilot out ,I ve changed gas valve it ran for a week or so but starting do it the same,it's not over heating ,suspect control stat or overheat stat , anyone worked on these who can help cheers

Are you sure its not a partial blockage in the pilot ?
They can run a while before pilot goes out.
You can also alter the pilot flame if its too small.

Have you checked thermocouple

Also worth checking the manifold gasket has not failed,behind the burner, main injector in the middle

The pilot is good ,the main flame on burner is good, going back today will check your suggestion s , if it was thermocouple I would expect pilot not to light , gasket was fine and intact will keep you informed cheers

Watch the pilot when the main burner is lit

Checked pilot and main burner injector, a bit of crud on the pilot,customer said they heard a rattling,checked flue terminal same had collapsed wired same back together and refitted, it was windy last night it must of been blowing pilot light out thanks for replying
