MDPE Above Ground

I don't suppose anyone has the regs to hand regarding MDPE above ground, specifically regarding the rules regarding direct sunlight?

I'm on a job at a farm where they've supplied one of the stables by running MDPE from a workshop - but the MDPE runs along the side and at the top of a 16' high wall for about 100 feet. The wall is mostly shaded by trees but I'm pretty sure that's really not enough to conform to the regs but I can't remember the exact requirements.

what break the law? that doesn't mean we can ignore it when it is done !! at least tell them, you are the expert & farms & the like do get inspections from time to time !!

Black MDPE is available and not affected by sun light.
