This Megaflo 210 ltr Indirect cylinder is currently installed in my house.

It was installed in Dec 2006 when we moved into our new home by me.:smiley2:

I have softened water so there will be no issues regarding scale ect.

The best trade price for one of these is £910 plus vat !! (Williams & Co).

All controls safety/ prv ect are present except the Incoming pressure reducing/ balancing valve, I like these valves and Im leaving it in situ to work with my new cylinder.

This is for sale as I am currently installing a 300 ltr Worcester Solar cylinder, which Im installing tomorrow, 16 October.

Im looking for £250 which I think is a bargain.

Im not really keen on couriers but will arrange at your risk!!

I live in West Sussex, BN16 2DL.

If Interested please contact me.

Kev.

I took one out a fortnight ago. 2 years old. Worthless for scrap but i thought about keeping it as it may come in handy.
Eventually i just sat it on the street for the white van fairies to spirit away.

Lol - I'm glad you're get to pick and choose 😉

Have you thought about fitting a solar plug instead of changing the cylinder?

Here is a photo of 2 different types. 1 used 1 new that i've had lying around for about 15 years.

They were not great but did the job. They offered a way of converting a cylinder easily.
I doubt if the new version will be much better.

New version seems to have more surface area.
I doubt if it will be much bigger. Remember it has to fit through a 2¼" hole.

There were many versions out years ago (micraversion is another one, about 20 minibore tubes) some had spiral windings on them but they were /are all limited to what can fit though the hole so i doubt very much if they have improved.

Btw the top one in the pic was the cheapest version (and probably worst) available.
