Do you mean something like you have a T and then a short distance away you have an elbow for example. So fitting / joint....bit of pipe fitting / joint?

No there isn't as far as i know. Distances matter for pipe clipping (distance between clip) .

Hello,
To get me out of a situation where I don’t have much p-trap headroom even with an adjustable trap and cutting the waste to lower it would be very difficult.

Consider replacing the standard 90° bend you've drawn with a '40mm 90° conversion bend' and a '40mm coupler'. You might have to shorten the longer leg of the conversion bend but you'll have the 6mm+ you need to work with.

Measure and check everything three times before using the cement, you'll only get one try!
