My builder has put a 110mm stack for the drain of the sink in my kitchen right where I want to have a magic corner kitchen unit. He has suggested that I cut out for the stack however this would mean I could not fit in the magic corner. Approx 500mm below ground the stack bends 90 degrees into a waste pipe that travels ~5m to an outside inspection chamber so I guess I need to have rodding access. The kitchen waste enters the stack below ground level. I think I can reduce the stack to 38mm below the shelf level of the cupboard and continue with a 38mm pipe up to the AEV which would be above the level of the sink overflow but beneath the worktop behind the cabinet. I would ask the kitchen fitter to make an access hatch in the cabinet so it could be rodded if ever required (very unlikely). Would this work and meet building regs? See picture.

Can you not put an access cap at floor level (below unit base) cut a tee into waste pipe as near to trap as possible and extend to max allowable height and fit AEV.
Compliance to building regs. and kitchen fitting seem to have missed the opportunity of ever meeting from my experience. So i would not worry unduly. Good Luck with project.
