Toilet- Sealed unit. Tightening

Hi all

We have a toilet which is a sealed cistern/bowl unit and the seat is now really loose.

I can't see how to gain access to either remove the seat or get to any bolts to tighten?

Any ideas?

As soon as i looked at those bloody pictures I just realised they were not grey caps and actually push buttons.
