Stag do's are the worse. The hangovers last for about 2 days, and I don't feel right again for a week.

I drink most nights, but in moderation. Carnage drinking (as my mates call it) is fun at the time, but since hitting my 30's I've less interest in getting totally legless.

I am the same but when there is a good reason to party my basic instincts to party do comes back 🙂

most importen tink for me is to eat a lot when drinking (meat/chips) and control the amount of drink going in ,and the tricks work !!!!
