Dripping from shower head. A Mira 415. From the tech drawings I've found it difficult to work out from which period. There is a post 1993 (Mira 415 - post 1993 | Mira | Shower Spares | Shower Doctor), a post 1991 (Mira 415 / 415 B - post 1991 | Mira | Shower Spares | Shower Doctor) and a post 1985 (Mira 415 / 415 B - post 1985 | Mira | Shower Spares | Shower Doctor) So my questions would be which model is it and what part do I need to change to rectify problem?

From the documentation the customer had kept I learned this is the face plate and controls of either a Crosswater MC2000 RC or MC2001 RC.

He noticed that gradually he had to turn the temperature dial round further and further to achieve a good shower temp. And now it's cold no matter how far round it is turned.

Again, any idea what part might be needed and how to fit it?

Thanks

I've identified the cartridges needed. The Crosswater one is £100!

I reckon I fancy my chances of getting into the Mira shower but when I was looking at the Crosswater one I couldn't work it out whilst looking. The three visible controls don't have any removable piece. The faceplate itself has what looks like a capped screw in the middle. Any ideas? If I have to take sideboards and basins off to get behind it before I can change the cartridge I want to know about it before giving a price for the job.
