Shaun is right though, there are many circumstances that change the basics and one most important thing is your insurance.
If it is a Restaurant, I personally would look at it as a Commercial Job because of the use of the Building.

Very true.
There are a lot of things you expect to be insured for but will find you are not if you read the small print.
I go through ours every year with a fine tooth comb.

I think it will come under commercial. It also wont be covered to standard public liability insurance. The moment you mention commercial works the prices get silly for insurance!!

Doesn’t a restaurant come in as commercial?

Therefore I am here . I really do not know. But i would have thought any pipe size up to 35mm and not exceeding 0.035 I could touch the works
