Hi guys, I am about to extend my house and want to put under floor heating in the new living room, utility and a retro fit in the exsisting kitchen. I have had a quote off Nu Heat, for the two zones and lo pro for the kitchen, it comes to £2000 plus vat on top, that's with a trade discount. Does this seem an average price to pay for under floor these days? The rooms are not massive (l/room 5m x 5m, kitchen 4m x 3m and a small utility). I have only installed Nu heat u/f in the past, can anyone recommend any other companies they have used for u/f so I can get a compareable quote. Cheers.

Where are you?

What did quote include. In new extension remove oversite and install structural slab at 375mm below your intended floor height and install 300mm jablite and then 75mm gyvlon

Thanks for the replies guys, I will get some more quotes of the companies mentioned.

Many thanks

Myson have quoted me £2400 for just two zones, has anyone used or installed uheat underfloor heating? They have quoted me £800 for two zones.
