We install up to 20 pro and pluses a year. Never had F75. (Have been installing mostly Vaillant for 10 years now)

Had other problems but never F75.

do you service the boilers youve fitted most boilers work out of the box its two years on the faults start to show

yes, most of them. I sent reminders to all my clients about servicing. Generally I find Vaillant very reliable. I have seen f75 on Vaillant but not on our installs yet. Usually it was blocked canoe filter or flat expansion vessel.

I had some call backs and had to ring Vaillant under warranty on our installs but not for F75.

been to 3 vaillants this weak, all leaking like sieves...not sure whether to hate them or be happy with the money coming in, one thing is for sure, I would never tell a customer to have one

One other cause could be too much inhibitor. This causes it to froth up in the pump and the pressure sensor cannot detect a pressure drop with proves the pump function. This can happen sometime after install as it takes a while to froth. You can see this if you take the pump head off and find a white residue. Easy fix, flush through with some fresh water.

I've had f75 loads of times as the last 2 companies that I worked for fitted a lot of them.

The pressure sensors and pumps on them are shocking! Even with the new position of the pressure sensor they kept coming up with the fault.

They are nice and easy to work on but they are not worth the money any more.
