Vaillant Gas valve on install

Just had my first ever Vaillant issue on install. 17.5mbar at boiler 12.5 at gas valve. 😱😱😱

Faulty gas valve mate. Rang Tech, they are coming to change it in the morning.

Do you cut a test pint in under the boiler ?

I had one at 15mbar awhile back and they said aslomg as gas rate was good it's ok. Starting to think it could have been faulty. Think the service is due soon so will have to make sure.

Yes mate always do. It is definitely the gas valve. 12.5 is a right joke. It must have been a Friday job.😛😛

I would say it probably was if you had a test point in before the boiler.
