If you use a dektite the screw ends will be on show below the sheeting.

was thinking of making a plywood plate to go on the inside for added strength so the screws could screw into that.

yeah i think its 10mm thick might be thicker.....the stuff you can walk on if yer careful

tripple wall 16mm.
please dont walk on it, you will fall through as it strips from the runners like a wet blanket.
get a plank or ladder and span the rafters
