Came across one of these for the first time today. Is there a way to put it in to maximum mode in C/H or is it just open a H/W tap and turn the stat to max?

Also on a side note, the gas meter in the property was suspended mid-air by a lead pipe and flexi from the ECV, so I labelled it as AR and thought I'd better call the ESP to get them out to chuck a bracket on, only to be told that I had to contact the energy supplier. I thought that if it was AR then the ESP would sort it? I told the girl on the phone it was AR because the meter was only supported by the pipes and the lead is twisted a bit, and she said they'll send someone out to have a look at the twisted pipe?

When you say flexi do you mean anaconda, hot water demand will fire boiler at maximum rate

ye, sorry the anaconda, so it was just dangling mid air. I always assumed that if it's like that, they'll pop out and stick a bracket on because the energy supply takes ages! I'm sure they've done one for me before, but apparently not anymore!

Sounds good, what sort of CO2 levels am I looking for? No MI's at the property for it!

If you reported it and made a note in your paperwork ,then youve done what you can do.You can download MI off viessman site
