Vokera compact 29 cutting out!

I have a Vokera compact 29 that is starting up normally, fan running, aps made,pump running,igniting and firing up but then cutting out a few seconds later with a solid red light and a flashing yellow. Could this be the pilot failing causing the gas valve to close??? Or something else?
Any help would be great and much appriciated!
