What size is the thread on ex vessel.

Anybody know what the typical flat combi expansion vessel spigot size is? I dont have one to hand but im thinking 3/8" bsp? Want to replace internal with external but would like to attach to original internal pipe work so as not to have to remove and move the return service valve to the boiler.

a few quid as a spare for the future will pay itself back tenfold when you need it!

Externals are usually 3/4" internals I've seen sizes between 1/4" and 1"

Back down beside the service valves and then left.

Saw one on an alpha where someone had connected a extra long flexi from inside boiler case to new external vessel

Will never fit a flexi on a exp vessel.
