I have a insurance job to try and rescue a poorly installed quad shower the customer wants to save the tiling if possible and has a few spare so fingers crossed it may work , the loss adjuster allowed em £1500 that will just about cover materials. Kop

Kitchen sink swap today it was a total pig to do, getting it out was the easy bit the worktop needed cutting out bigger and the cabinets needed trimming out, i did like the way the tap fixed to the sink looked tidy once compleate. Kop

Doing an outside tap this morning and asked me to tighten the tap whilst there. Same type of fitting. Hadnt seen one before.
 
Bath to shower upgrade new vanity and digital shower now done apart from the 1m shower glass which I am having trouble getting ordered 3 weeks ago still not here grrrrr. Kop

The floors sloping all directions so took some time but it’s level and solid

It’s looking sharp Simon, is a kind of mixer tap/watering can?

I took hot and cold through double check valves behind barrel, up through the 15mm gate valves for hot and cold taps and then t'd together in wall. 15mm comes out through bottom of watering can and then reduces to 10mm which I managed to direct down through the spout.

Bit more interesting to do than the usual, hard to price that sort of thing though, but I’m guessing an existing customer so do job then send bill?

No new customer. Estimated day and half plus materials. Came in slightly under estimate. Customer pleased and already have to go and look at a couple of bathrooms through her recommendation.
