I have a insurance job to try and rescue a poorly installed quad shower the customer wants to save the tiling if possible and has a few spare so fingers crossed it may work , the loss adjuster allowed em £1500 that will just about cover materials. Kop

Old flux been wiped on the joist

Removed the rad as a diyer had put the tails in dry 2 mins later the rad lockshield valve shoots off and bonks me in the old dome turn around and there’s a nice fountain 😀

them heat exchanger are half heavy, tuck one one years ago with the back plate on.
don t think would do it again, but made some good money repairing them .

5 hours in total getting the air out the system took a good while though as it was open vent it has to be done again and again or you'll keep getting a L9 fault . Kop 👍

That's a squeeze.

Well finished for Christmas. Supposed to work today but been up all night drowning in snot. So chilling and trying to shake it off before Saturday.
