Wiring s plan from old set up y plan...?

Hi all, so things are coming on now at last!
New 250 cylinder in loft all pretty much plumbed in.
F+E tank binned off, new ups pump, 2 new zone valves imstalled...
Now im up to wiring up, have done the immersion, so we have hot water, ive wired in the dual stat. I have me head roughly into what i think is correct...
Last night when i was pressing the advance on the controller, noet was happening....no red light to indicate and no boiler fire....
i did see when i moved the contoller, there are some jumper links on the back of the unit...do i need to move these when going from y to s paln??

Turn them on to timed then try advance

Pump Shouldn’t be running as the system is off eg timer is off

Yes, that works!
pump runs, but boiler not firing....
Temp at 76 but all pipes cold...

Im not sure if the new pipework is correct...

Boiler display not lighting up either....sure it did...when boiler firing...

Are the oranges with the pump from the port valves and do you have 240 v on the brown to a port valve ?

Orange x2 to boiler black(sleeved with brown)
And brown to pump

So you don’t have a call from the room stat / timer as you won’t have 240v on brown

Sounds like microswitch not making. Motorised valves new? Have you heard them open?

Have you got 240 on orange when testing between a known neutral/earth, when there’s a demand from programmer and a thermostat?

No greys are perm live

Your live from the prog for heating goes to the room stat and then to the brown on the port valve

At motorised valves you have a permanent 240 live on grey, 240 on orange and 240 on brown when calling?
