Hi I have had a call from a customer relating to the above boiler which is not provided hot water at the outlets. She has called the installer out who has advised she changed the mixer taps as there maybe cross flow between hot and cold hence the temp, she is a relative of a friend. I asked her to run the taps and feel the temp of the dhw pipe coming off the boiler and she said it was luke warm and the hot pipe to the tap is also luke warm. I'm thinking a scaled up plate heat xchanger could cause this to happen and will be popping up Thursday to have a look. Just wondering if anyone can help me diagnose the problem and save me spending time and money ringing wb technical. Thanx in advance

I'd be thinking the same as you. Isolate the mixer and see what happens.

Yes mate popping up on Thursday hoping the taps have service valves will isolate the cold and get to the bottom of it.. Will update once sorted. Thanks folks!
