worcester greenstar 25si blue and red flashing lights

Hi, my worcester greenstar 25si gas fired condensing combo boiler is producing no hot water or heating. The blue light has a slow flash and the reset button has a faster red flash. I have done a reset and turned the power off and still the fault remains. It sounds like the fan just constantly operates but nothing else, no green light for the flame logo.

i have read that it may be a blocked condensate pipe, it does have a slow drop leak when heating or hot water is being used and this has been leaking for a few weeks now.

could these problems be linked? Any ideas anyone

Have you got a prepayment gas meter? Has it got gas? Otherwise that is all you can do on it you will have to call someone in.
