Might be because I use the Firefox browser. Anyway, just put in your search term and set a custom date range like 2009 to 2012 or something it omits recent search results.
 
Well I've yet to find anything substantial the WikiLeads has reverlas that isn't true; would kind of shoot themselves in the foot don't you think? Couple that with the it's on their top ten, I think I rest my case.

The whole point of me asking in the first place is because people don't question anymore, just read the headline and assume it's fact. The fact that I can only find a line to the NF saying its crap tells me it's true.

I'm all for reasoned debate and there hasn't been for the last few pages.

The news channels and newspapers we have in this country are constantly trying to manipulate the way we think and tell us who and how we should judge. Whenever I read or watch the "news" I take it with a pinch of salt and cross reference several sources on the same piece of news. Most of the time I come to the conclusion that our beloved and un-controlled news outlets are a lying bunch of evil *******s.
 
They are indeed and they thrive on unsubstantiated headlines. A friend of mine works for a tabloid and there is loads of stuff you wouldn't believe that is suppressed because the perp 'knows' people. IMHO news should be read holistically and an opinion formed from there, sadly most people believe what they read from one source and their opinion is set in stone and they will defend it beyond all reason.

Know a couple of journalists/writers myself, one of whom used to do the local papers' articles on Liverpool FC but unbeknown to most people he's actually a die-hard Everton fan. Works for the Daily Liar now.

Another thing is most people take the 'breaking news' as fact and forget to check months or years later the little two paragragh side column that completely blows a hole in the original 'breaking news STORY'. All but one (maybe two?) 'thwarted terror attack by the FBI' on US soil since 9/11 has ended in admissions that they carried out the attempted attack themselves - sting operations if you like, except using innocent people.

totally agree its a very good way to brain wash a populace through media , fortunately am well travelled enough and have seen what crap goes on in the world

As we're discussing the EDL and the UK then what can be done with the Internet in Mali or elsewhere in the world is irrelevant. Is your response argumentative on purpose or just swerving my response again?

it is phrased properly your first post is at 114 regarding the edl was curious why your first post was at that point? You had obviously been reading previous posts before that but refused to make any point of comment until the edl was mentioned and since then you have clearly been finger pointing and lambasting to anyone who wishes to put a point across regardin.g the edl .
I also not you fail to condem the killers of lee rigby you slightly scouted around the issue but failed as yet to condemn it . Thus far you have also failed to even pass a remorsefull comment of note regarding lee rigby instead you persist about the edl why?
Also you have chopped and changed your view point on the media in a number of posts which i refered to,its not me that has made playground issues just asking for you to be more factual and i'm trying to gain your view point but you persist in a chop change pointy finger view point .

In the late 1920s early 1930s in Germany there were gangs of young men, whose rhetoric was to defend Germany from the threat of Communism and Jewish Zionism. Comparisons could be drawn with the situation here in our nation today, albeit Muslims are the perceived enemy. Look what happen as a result of that!

If you're discussing the EDL, then you're discussing England and not discussing the UK with those fascist scum who've hijacked the death of a poor soldier to further their own cause. The EDL, UKIP and all the other racist trash are not welcome in Scotland.

That brave young man died a horrific death and it's been turned into a roadshow in the name of so called British patriotism. Him and his family deserve respect not that.

A lot seem to forget that poor soldier was butchered in the street for being a soldier nothing else edl have no place involved in it

UKIP? Racist? How do you get to that conclusion? And fascist? There is only one party in Britain that could be described as nationalist socialist and that happens to be in Scotland. Funny when their supporters were singing "burn, burn, burn the union jack", and "go home English scum", that was ok? Nothing hateful or racist about that?

I don't think anyone has ever taken anything away from that poor lads death. The discussion was never about that. I and others simply feel that turning to racist parties such as the edl is not the answer!

Wouldn't it be nice to create out own hunger games/battle royale. Find an island in the middle of the pacific, stick the edl bnp etc along with any extremists and let them get on with it, whilst us normal human beings get along just fine!
