Help identifying type of pipe connection.

Hi,

Could someone help me with that this is please? I noticed we have several of these types of connections in the bathroom and also on the loft.

One in particular in the loft I will need to alter pipe work as it’s in the way for making a bigger loft hatch.

Plumber mate of the other half’s ex when she bought the house and they helped her renovate it.

Might be best to ask them to return to alter the pipes as they have the kit / press tools to adapt

You can buy them in plumber’s merchants and they’ll work with compression fittings, but not push fit.

Thanks for your help @ShaunCorbs and @Ben-gee i’ve looked online and ordered an adaptor for converting from 16mm to 15mm so It’ll sort me out until we redo the bathroom hopefully next year and I’ll have as much of that pipe work removed and replaced with 15mm.
