Favorite Boilers?

Apart from Worcester, Vaillant, Chaffoteaux and Vokera, were there any others? Back in the early-mid '80s?

I can't recall any until Gemini and fuelsaver-combi, but I think they were later.

Ideal did one. Tam Will tell you the model name but i think it was called elan or esprit or something. Massive thing jam packed full of crap

Think that's a sprint rapide! All glass fronted boilers are a disaster.

That particular monstrosity was replaced with a biasi combi which lasted around 3 weeks....

I can remember the exact price and spec of boilers I was selling 28 years ago, and even some of the customers phone numbers.

Don't ask me where I parked the car though. That would spoil my morning game "find the motor" - usually preceded by "hang on, what sort of car do I have now?"
