Replaced the burner and that solved the problem i had running sweet now best of luck kop

new seal on the door a bit of fire cement kept it going until new burner arrives tomorrow

Well, Went back there on Friday and pulled out the trap and dried condensate terminals and leads. No call backs as of yet and It was tripping after each time zone on clock. Thanks all.

Now for another bit of advice. I got a turbomax plus diverter to change today but the manual has no info on How to change parts. I just want to know where the drain off is on this boiler.
