Hi all,
I'm looking to install one of the new baxi BBE HE boilers, it'll replace one of the old Bermudas.
The alterations to the system and supply I'm ok with but when it comes to the condensate drain, Baxi are about as useful as a chocolate fireguard. I have RH connections on the boiler and the condensate drain will come out nearly level

with the top of the boiler. Will there be any trouble if (see photo)? I run it to the back of the fireplace along to the left hand side of the fireplace, channel it into the existing wall and elbow it down to a channel in the solid concrete floor and then through the wall in 22mm upvc. it can then run to a soakaway to the LH side of the front door.
There seems to be a certain number of elbows they say I can use and must put in a trap.
Any ideas?😕
TIA
