Boiler plus on oil question.

I've been asked to quote for an oil combi which I dont do very often. What do I have to do to comply with boiler plus? Is it just fit a smart programmable stat like a nest? As obviously weather comp doesnt exist for oil does it?

I didnt take too much notice when it came out as I worked for a company so just fitted what they gave me. I dont fit many oil combis so bot paid much attention to it.

It may be gas might have to phone often in the morning.
